Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed:

  • On weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • After 2:00 PM (local time) may begin processing the following business day

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

We use major shipping carriers organized through Shippo, our shipping management platform. Carriers may include:

Damaged Shipments
