Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened or used grips
- Items not in original packaging
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as final sale)
Due to the nature of sports grip products, once installed or used, they cannot be resold and therefore are not eligible for return.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items returned with signs of use
- Items missing parts or original packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned after 30 days (at our discretion)
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return standards, a restocking fee may apply.
Return Process (Shippo Returns System)
Pro Grips USA uses Shippo to manage and organize returns efficiently and securely.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@progripsusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a Shippo-generated return shipping label (when applicable).
- Securely package your item in its original packaging.
- Attach the provided return label and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Return shipping procedures follow Shippo’s standard operating procedures (SOPs), including label generation, tracking, and carrier compliance.
We recommend retaining tracking information until your return is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged during shipping, or sent incorrectly.
If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs when applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the item.
We will then notify you of:
- Approval of your refund
- Rejection (if the item does not meet return requirements)
If approved:
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (posting delays are common).
- Contact your bank for processing updates.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange:
- Email info@progripsusa.com
- Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)
- Follow the Shippo return instructions provided
Approved exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you:
- You may receive store credit equal to the return value.
If the order was not marked as a gift:
- Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
Processing Times
- Return inspection: 3–5 business days after receipt
- Refund processing: 2–5 business days
- Bank posting time: varies by institution
Policy Abuse
Pro Grips USA reserves the right to refuse returns if:
- Products show clear signs of use
- Multiple excessive returns are detected
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
